[redacted] complaint and her account however we do not show that Ms. [redacted] has an account with GFS. I believe that her complaint may be against a company with a similar name. If Ms. [redacted] believes that her complaint is filed with the correct company, I am requesting that she supply some additional information so I can identify the account. Information that would be helpful would be her account number or the last 6 digits of her vehicle number. If she could supply this information I would be happy to look into this further. At this time we believe no additional corrective action is necessary by GFS. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Revdex.com Case #[redacted] – [redacted] Ms. [redacted]: Gateway Financial Solutions (GFS) has reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s complaint. Mr. [redacted] is not a GFS customer and we are not able to discuss this this matter with him due to compliance reasons. We have researched the account we believe Mr. [redacted] is referring to and have made several attempts to contact the customer. However we have not been successful in our attempts and our messages have not been returned. As of today, the vehicle in question is not “shut off” as the complaint stated. At this time Gateway Financial Solutions is taking no further action in this matter, and look forward to speaking with our customer In the future. In the case of [redacted], it is the policy of Gateway Financial Solutions (GFS) to fully investigate any and all customer complaints and/or concerns in a timely matter with the intent of an amicable resolution. Please review our recap below regarding Mr. [redacted]’s statements. ...
Gateway Financial Solutions (GFS) provides indirect automobile financing to our customers by purchasing retail installment sales contracts from automobile dealerships. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] did fall delinquent on his contractual payments and GFS did reposes his vehicle as indicated in the he complaint filed and GFS. GFS worked with Mr. [redacted] to allow him to redeem his vehicle. After reviewing the account, it is unfortunate that the vehicle was transported in error, which made the redemption process more difficult for Mr. [redacted]. GFS is honoring MR. [redacted]’s request to remove the additional $75.00 fee that was incurred due to the transport of the vehicle and we apologize for the error. After speaking with Mr. [redacted], we have also honored his request to place is account with another GFS representative as he has lost trust in the representative that was in charge of his request. At this time, we believe that Mr. [redacted]’s concerns have been addressed and his request for removal of the $75.00 fee was granted as well as placing his account with a new GFS representative.
