Gateway Fence

We had Mike B come to our house to give us a quote for a fence to be installed. Mike requested 1/3 be paid in order to start the process. When I notified him that I sent the check he told me he would email me a receipt and contract which he never did. We kept asking him for a contract along with an outline of the work he was going to do. Mike was in contact with us but never seemed to be in a hurry to get our fence done. Some personal issues arose and I needed to get my deposit back which I asked for on 7/6/19. Mike B has been stringing me and my girlfriend along for 2 months now saying every time we talk hes sending a check or he is issuing us a new check. Gateway Fence never gave us the contract we were asking for, a receipt for my $1925 check he deposited immediately, or the money for our refund.
