Gates Towing

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have proof from the insurance company in that there were no repairs made to the vehicle and the only damage was a paint scuffThis towing company is unprofessional for the driver to take fault and the owner and The manager to state that they will not pay and make me jump through hoops for something they did is ridiculous and this owner is looking for every reason that he can pull out of a hat to say that this is anyone’s fault but hisI have pictures minutes after the damage of my vehicle with no bolts loose from the rebarI will not stop until my damages are paid for and my car is repaired and I will make sure that my bad experience with gates towing is heard Regards, [redacted]

Response taken by phone:? ? We were called to pull the car out of the snow after a bad storm.? She gave us the special tool from the manufacturer especially used for towing and winch out.? When we attached it to the re bar, which is covered by the bumper,? it pulled the right side of the bumper right off.? She called the 3rd party tow provider and they sent an independent adjuster to assess the damage.? He and the collision shop owner determined that the car had been in an accident previously and had not been fixed correctly.? The re bar? was not attached to the frame bracket.? I pulled a Carfax on the vehicle and determined the car had in fact been in an accident and had rear end damage.? The customer needs to go back to the collision shop where the car was repaired and hold them responsible for their error
