Review: This company has unethical business practices. I was assured my insurance would cover the "consultations" that I had when I inquired about having surgery here. I was coerced into doing more than necessary for an initial consultation. Such as [redacted] and [redacted]. This was my first visit and I was still just considering the surgery.

I made it very clear over the phone that, unless my insurance covered the procedure, I could not afford it. Again, I was assured my insurance would cover it, so I might as well do the consults while I was there.

Six months later I received a $[redacted] bill for "[redacted]", a $[redacted] bill for "[redacted]", and $[redacted] bill for a twenty minute "[redacted]". I was NEVER informed that there would be a charge for any of these unnecessary "consultations".

I was taken advantage of and scammed into doing these "consultations", when I was only considering this surgery. This was the first office I had visited with regards to this type of surgery. I always go to several doctors when considering any type of procedure.Desired Settlement: Please do the right thing and remove these charges. I will not pay and will go to court to fight the charges, if necessary. Thank you.
