Exhibit B.Tenants are aware that they are responsible for water. Since we purchased the propetty in 2013, the policy for waterchanged. Water is not included in rent, tenant pays 90% based on square footage of their apartment or townhomeand the owner pays 10% of the water. Tenants receive Exhibit C on a monthly basis and March was the first monththey were expected to pay water with their rent as opposed to the 15th, which used to be the old policy. They weregiven a 30 day notice when they received their last water bill that the payment date has changed to the 1st. Becauseof the high bill, tenants refused to pay their bill, even though it is their responsibility. However, this past month, therewas a calculation error in the original water bill and after investigating, the change was made and new bills were hungon the doors for tenants to pay the amount due. And again, the tenants still have not paid their water bills.We send out numerous letters and pamphlets on how to spot a water leak, running toilet, etc and to report theseimmediately to our maintenance department. We do inspections twice a year to look for leaks and we even hired anoutside company, [redacted], to find hidden leaks, to no avail.Please let me know if you have any questions.
