Ross cleared the main line with a GUARANTEE this would solve the plumbing issue. The issue never resolved. Water still backing up not even 24 hrs later. Cesspool company & tech from Ross both agreed the issue was not from a clogged main line but from a broken pump. I was not offered a full credit unless I agreed to pay Ross $1250.00 for a new pump & install that was quoted at $750 by cesspool company it wasn't until the cesspool company replaced the pump that plumbing issue was resolved. The 2nd time I spoke with manager from Ross I was offered $100 credit. I declined. I'm not paying $476.00 for work that was not done.
