Garza roofing replaced our roof approx 1.5 years ago. We had a ridge vent over our garage blow off. I contacted Mat G in June. He agreed to come out and fix the issue however no showed twice. I contacted him again in July, October and November with no response.

Broke our swamp cooler and admitted it as we arrived home from *** and they were on the roof . They said they would fix and did not - still leaking and we called repair to fix it . He says they absolutely broke it . Don’t return calls or messages , jacked the roof price by *** bucks claiming his own bid was low - tried to blame others for his supposed errors . He left dumpster here for weeks and we could not use drive nor enter garage , get mower out - 100 degree days and we had broke swamp cooler cause of them , also did not seal the roof proerpky according to the swamp cooler repair person
