bought a front and rear tubular bumper from garys jeeps. The bumpers are defectiveYesterday on 18 nov 2014 I bought a front and rear tubular bumper from garys jeeps for 50 cash I noticed on craigslist. The bumpers had serface rust visable. on inspection the bumpers appeared to be solid and did not have any holes noted. Gary recommended sanding said bumpers and then repainting them. I purchased the bumpers. Last evening I grinded down the The bumpers removing the surface rust and found that the bumpers were defective. The rear bumper had 8, 2 inch holes and the inner side was filled with rust, and sludge of metal break down. today I called gary at his gary's jeep phone number and he refused to refund me my money. he said I looked at them and bought them. he also suggested I resell them on craigslist. he stated that when he gets junk parts he sells them on craislist. he refused to refund me my 50 dollars and take back the rusted and rotten bumpersDesired Settlementi would like to return the bumpers and get my 50 dollars back
