My wife and I were recently in Delafield Wi. when our car started making a noise I had never heard before. Being from Chicago I was unsure if I could get anybody to look at it to discern if it was something I that needed immediate attention or not. I am very sorry that I did not get any names, but the young man at the service desk was very helpful and friendly, not something I was used to. He ask if he could have a tech take a look at it and one came out in a few seconds. As the young man and myself chatted the tech checked around the engine area and after a few minutes not only found the problem but repaired it. All of this to say that my wife and I were a bit taken aback by all of this. Than the tech said no charge! I just wanted to commend these two gentleman and recommend this operation for not only its professional service but its quality of people. Thank you again Garys Auto you made our day. [redacted]
