Let's set the story straight first I NEVER told her there was no warranty on tires The tires were on her vehicle almost months and then she claims to have a problem I looked at the tire myself and someone balanced it or tried to balance it and put weights in different spots and anyone that knows anything about tires knows that is not correct We demounted the tire and balanced the wheel itself and found little movement in the wheel by itself We then remounted the tire moving it degrees and balanced it and it balanced it perfect I explained to her what we did and I thought everything was fine I also explained to her that you can't adjust a tire when there is nothing wrong Two days later another tire store called and said he would try to adjust the tire under a policy adjustment but could not find anything wrong either Her husband may be a mechanic, but a mechanic knows nothing about tires, as we can seeAlso most manufacturers do not like the Road Force Balancer because they are very misleading Why would this lady think she deserves a refund, she got tires and service Nobody gets tires for free I feel she had a problem before she got the tires and just blamed the new tires As for her wanting a refund, that is not going to happen She got treated very fairly and but she was just hard to please [redacted] Owner Gary's Tire center
Let's set the story straight first. I NEVER told her there was no warranty on tires. The tires were on her vehicle almost months and then she claims to have a problem. I looked at the tire myself and someone balanced it or tried to balance it and put weights in different spots
and anyone that knows anything about tires knows that is not correct. We demounted the tire and balanced the wheel itself and found little movement in the wheel by itself. We then remounted the tire moving it degrees and balanced it and it balanced it perfect. I explained to her what we did and I thought everything was fine. I also explained to her that you can't adjust a tire when there is nothing wrong. Two days later another tire store called and said he would try to adjust the tire under a policy adjustment but could not find anything wrong either. Her husband may be a mechanic, but a mechanic knows nothing about tires, as we can seeAlso most manufacturers do not like the Road Force Balancer because they are very misleading. Why would this lady think she deserves a refund, she got tires and service. Nobody gets tires for free. I feel she had a problem before she got the tires and just blamed the new tires. As for her wanting a refund, that is not going to happen. She got treated very fairly and but she was just hard to please. *** ***Owner Gary's Tire center
