Mr *** called about weeks ago very upset about front wheel assy broke off tractor was in back yard I suggested to him to have a rollback truck with a winch pick it up too get it in here so we could repair the tractor I told him we do not go in back yards or have any way of getting it on our
trailer I told him we could get at repair asap but he never brought the the tractor too us ,We do not make the dessions on warranty or non warranty that is made by *** Tractors for authorizations any way tractor never came in here !costomer has Warranty policy Gary S*** Garys equipment co inc

The tractor that mr *** purchased he was well aware of what he purchased I saw him here at least times he was givin the brochures on this tractor he ordered a special 3rd function kit and special orders on front attachments he wanted.We can not take this tractor back or give him a
refund this was financed through Dll Finance or *** Finance they own the tractor .Note on all of our sales invoices it States All Sales Final No refunds .The customer knew what he was purchasing as far as having problems with tractor it is under warranty and we would be glad too fix any issues that what we are here for
