Review: [redacted] failed to repair my computer properly. We agreed on an amount to resolve the matter but he then kept my Dell Lapton unless I paid the full amount.Desired Settlement: Return my Dell Inspiron 6000 in tact and running condition.

Mr. [redacted] was rude and hostile toward me while I was in his home and refused to pay his bill. The laptop was working perfectly, his excuse was, It would not connect to his cell phone. The laptop and wireless adaptor was working property and connecting to regular wireless access points. As of Friday, October 11, the laptop has been returned in working order. He still refuses to pay his bill, he has sued me for $1000 so now I am forced to counter sue him for labor I preformed & parts I installed.
[redacted] is dishonest, angry and unreasonable individual. He blames people for his lack of knowledge and understanding of technology.
