03/28/ Location Complaint filed: Phoenix Revdex.com N 12th Street Phoenix, AZ RE: *** *** Dear Dispute Consultant: We contacted Mr*** on 03/23/to discuss the issues he was having with the Jeep Compass he purchased from Cactus Jacks Auto on 02/20/*** brought the vehicle into our service department because of a brake issue on 03/21/Our service department went over the vehicle and found nothing major wrongHe then proceeded to take the vehicle to Bill Luke Dodge to get a diagnostic test and they only found a dirty air filter and a leaking strutAs a courtesy we agreed to fix the strut and air filter but Mr*** declined the offer stating he was not comfortable in the vehicle.
