Very poor customer service. Ordered samples to be shipped out, and when we did not receive them the following day when we were supposed to, called to ask where they were & get a tracking number. Secretary immediately took up an attitude with myself and a co-worker. NEVER returned our many various phone calls. Lied to us about employee's whereabouts and then stopped answering the phone when we called. Still never received the package. Just want to add this is how they treated employees of a major television network - imagine how they would treat a small business owner. Absolutely horrible.
