Review: I ordered a Makura Miracle Pillow case and liner on 4/16/14. Mr. [redacted] does not accept credit cards and requested a personal check be mailed. I mailed the check in the amount of $37.40, he cashed the check and I never received my products. I contacted Mr. [redacted] via e-mail (there is no phone number) and he responded shortly thereafter telling me he had technical issues and the product was delayed in shipping and that he would send shortly. Weeks went by, still no product. All my e-mails went unanswered and still no product. This guy is definitely out to scam people, come on, no phone number and send checks only! But I fell for it because I needed a pillow case and liner. I wonder how much money he is making just by ripping people off.Desired Settlement: I want my product. If he can't provide the product I want a refund of $37.40.

Review: I ordered two Makura Pillows from the Makura website. My check was cashed on March 9th, now one month ago. Despite my efforts contacting [redacted], the owner of the company, multiple times via phone and email, I have neither received any answer nor my ordered product. Since these pillows were supposed to relieve my severe headaches, I am quite disappointed with this company to say the least. If my product is not delivered and no reason/response to my inquiries is given, I have to conclude that the [redacted] website is a fraud and scam. Hopefully this can be resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either my pillows to be delivered to our home ASAP (consistent with my order) or I expect a full refund for the money that has been already been taken out of our checking account.

Review: I ordered 2 buckwheat pillows on 1/23/14, for a cost of 128.33. As of today 2/25/14 I have not received my order. When ordering pillows online, the company site would not take my credit card. So I received a request from this company to send them a personal check. I sent check and check was cashed immediately. I have written emails and tried to phone, no answer or response to my requests to contact me or send my order.Desired Settlement: I request that this company send me my order or refund my money..
