Review: Was charged an extra $200. I took my son multipal times for dental work. We do not have dental insurance so I had to pay cash/check at the time of service. Everytime, I paid the full amount requested. At the last visit, I paid the amount requested, when she was printing a receipt, she noticed a $200 balance. She said she knew I paid in full for every appointment due to not having dental insurance and said that the matter would be looked into and resolved. Months later I receive and invoice for $200. I called left them a message, no one called back. I assumed they took care of it. One month later, I receive another notification that I owe $200 and it getting turned into collections. I don't have my original receipts that I paid at the time of service but, I do not understand, if I paid what was asked at every visit, how are they are coming up with a balance. They just do not want to hear it, they want money that I know I don't owe. I'm very frustrated.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay the $200.
