We live in a and older community, where we bought a duplex unit, in Epping, NH brand new, built by this company Water seeped into the basement from windows and the seam between the wall and floor They installed window bubbles and a rain gutter (which should have been there anyway) plus dug a trench and installed a grate over it, from the output of the sump pump to a gulley a few yards awayThose additions helped but did not solve the seeping waterWe have repeatedly requested that they respond to us regarding getting this fixed but they ignore us completely We have now sent the last certified letter we will before filing suit against them which we really don't want to do Fixed income folks can't afford to spend thousands of dollars trying to fix things the builder should be doing
