Gartner Digital Communications

Review: Gartner Digital Communications has continuously sent spam emails to my work address. At the bottom of each email, they say "click here to unsubscribe" and ask for the email address you want removed from their list. Once you enter the address, they ask you wait 7 days to stop getting their spam emails. I have gone through this process over thirty times in the past few months and they refuse to stop sending the emails. They send from a different address every time, making them impossible to block. I emailed the company to complain and they never responded, or stopped sending me junk mail. I even typed out a formal letter and mailed it to them. When a company offers gives you the steps to be removed from their mailing list, and you complete the steps, they should be legal obligated to stop contacting you. These daily spam emails going to my work account several times a day should be in direct violation, since I have gone above and beyond what they have asked of me to get them to stop contacting me.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to stop contacting me! If they don't, I want every single business to know that this is not an advertising company they want to work with because they harass and infuriate potential customers, and flat out lie about being removed from their mailing lists.
