Garrison Used Cars

I bought my 2012 Dodge Charger from Garrison on May 20, 2019. This is the second vehicle we bought from them, with hesitation. About 6 months after we bought the truck, the transmission went out in it. They have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on all their vehicles. So I haven't had my car 7 months yet and it has been in the shop for 2 weeks now, needing a whole new motor. The whole time I had been talking with *** Garrison about the issue and keeping in touch with him for updates. Well after finding out it needed a whole new motor, the shop said I will need to speak to *** before he can move forward with repairs. It took me 2 days to finally get in touch with ***. He then said I would need to speak to a manager. So after a long hold, she gets on the phone, and first thing she says is "*** told me the situation, we will not be able to help you." Why couldn't *** tell me. Why did he have to tell her then have her tell me. Don't make sense. My car was running fine the whole time I had it. To all of a sudden die, and need a whole new motor. Something dont sound right. I feel they need to pay for the repairs or trade my car in. I am having to find a 45 minute ride to work everyday. I need a dependable vehicle. After both of our experiences with Garrison, it is pretty clear they do the minimal work to get their used vehicles running and make sure they survive passed their 3 month/3000 mile warranty, then when it completely dies shortly after that, they wash their hands of it and leave their "valued customer" to deal with their mess.

I went to purchase a car from this place on 12-11-2018. The salesman sold me a 2003 Chevrolet z71. I had to go get the money and ask them would they hold the truck until I return. She stated yes but u will have to leave a 100 dollars to hold the truck and it will be used for part of my down payment which was 1500. The salesman told me my payments will run monthly at 300 a month. I said ok I will be back with the 1400 . When I arrived back and she started to go over the contract my payments went up 40 bucks and also she stated it will be 85 dollars weekly. At that point I said no I dont want the truck bc that wasnt what I was told. She took my 100 dollars I left and said it couldnt get returned bc I have to pay for the contract she wrote up. This is bull. She never stated the 100 I left wouldnt be non refundable. I paid with my debit card and I feel like I have been ripped off.
