Again you materials, your workmanship, has been leaking for quit some time considering the underneath my sink was moldy and and wet and cle3arly tell its been leaking for some timeNow I dont spend time under my sink and have no reason to go under my sink so to say I should of taken notice is clearly Garrett Pillsbury not accepting responsibility for there workmanship and passing blame on the home owner , the reason it took attemptsI requested the owner to call but he clearly does not have time to resolve and cant take the time to call, be a professional and call your customers is not an unreasonable request and simply stand by your work.]

Garrett Pillsbury did the first service call for this issue on 5/10/2015, the sink was clogged. The second call was on 1/7/2016, there was a leak and a packing nut was tightened. We were not informed of another leak until 10/28/2016.It is unreasonable to assume that you will never have
an issue with the sink drain after a packing nut was tightened. Our hope is that a home owner would notice a leak a lot sooner that eleven months later. We certainly want to have satisfied customers however, we have to be reasonable

It took two attempts in 11 months.  Garrett Pillsbury's reputation in this area is outstanding.  We obviously can not make everyone happy.  I can say that if I had a leak under my sink, It would not take me eleven months to realize it.  Mr. [redacted], I am sincerely sorry that we have not met your expectations.
