We received a complaint by mail on May 16, Doug Hagy has been out of town I have made him aware of the complaint by Mr*** Doug has told me he talked to Mr*** times One right after roof was installed where shingles were up and a piece of drip
edge not to his likingDoug and one of our guys went back replaced a piece of drip edge and he didn't see shingles up except where shingles hadn't completely laid down. Doug and crew were in Mr*** neighborhood a couple of weeks ago, went and looked at roof and everything looked to be Ok Doug said he hasn't seen or talked to Mr*** and assumed everything was Ok Doug is at a job where cell service is not good Doug said he will call Mr*** this Saturday May 23, and talk to him and schedule a time so Mr*** will be there when he comes back. *** ***w/ Doug Hagy Roofing LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
