This customer had purchased a free trial of our product and agreed to the terms & conditions that are clearly laid out on our checkout pageHe filed a chargeback with his bank which forced us to immediately cancel out his accountHe ended up losing that dispute which is what led to him seeing another charge on his billing statement a couple months laterWe didn't bill him again, it was the bank that credited us back his dispute amount after they sided with us in the disputeBecause we really do want all our customers to be happy, I have issued this customer a credit onto his card for the amount that he lost in the dispute with the credit card companyHe has now been fully refunded for any products that were ordered from us
