Garnsey Bros. Rentals and Real Estate

Paid serious money to stay in an apartment with Garnsey Brothers and had a toilet clog during our stay in Wells, Maine. Human Feces were overflowing from our toilet onto the floor. I left a message with their emergency service number and no one called until they opened after 9am. The entire time they basically accused us of causing the issue when we only used it for normal needs. They are now withholding my security deposit because a plumber had to come and fix the issue during our stay and they feel that is my responsibility to pay. Does no one believe in service or taking care of the customer anymore???
