However, I am requesting that the lien on the property be removed before we commence arbitration. Since the arbitration will be binding and both parties will be bound by its decision, there is no need for the fraudulent lien to remain on the business. statement or explanation at this time on this complaint.  I believe that this is a discovery tactic by Ms. [redacted], to prepare her defence.  I would invite Ms. [redacted] to arbitration through the services provided by Revdex.com, if Ms. [redacted] will accept and honor the terms and ruling handed down from the Arbitor.  I know that this ruling can go either way, in the event that I'm found at fault, I will then give Ms. [redacted] an opportunity on negotiation on a settlement on her behalf.  If Ms. [redacted] refuses, then this is a matter for the courts and after all has been settle, in either favor, I will give full explaintions, along with supporting documents, and parties involved.  Althought I'm not an Accreditted buisinness with your organization, my tract record alone should show that I deliever statisfaction to the best of my abillity to all I service.  I don't advertise, all my work comes from word of mouth, Ms. [redacted] can be a withness to that.  All my plumbers are licensed and Insured, all creditials will be forwarded with this letter.
