Review: Out of all the PR companies I've worked with I've never had such little communication on what is being done or achieved. I was astonished that we could not even get a follow up on leads that were looking good that I gave them, and that I had to hire someone else to do that. There was minimal to no communication about what or how I was being pitched or promoted.I was expected to write my own pitches. I felt mislead and taken advantage of, very disappointed and feeling like I lost 7K for absolutely nothing. I should have seen a red flag when they only took checks and did not take payment via credit card or transfers.Desired Settlement: 7K
