This customer has only contacted us twice concerning this mowerOnce about the washer and once because the belt came offWe were unaware that there were any other problemsWe would happily address any issues with the mower if brought to our attentionThe mower was in to our shop on June 27th for
a problem with the deck belt which we repaired at no chargeThe customer has not contacted us since then with any further problems therefore we assume the issue has been resolvedIf there are other problems or concerns with this mower we would happily address them if brought to our attention
