Gardenias Organic Services

Review: [redacted]Gardenias Organic Services and the proprietors [redacted] and her husband Fernando have provided gardening services for us. The quality of their services is poor and their ethical services are low. After numerous incidents involving a lack of responsiveness on their side, we have terminated their services. We have paid in full what was owed to them, within 224 of receiving their last invoice.We sent them last week a certified email letter with receipt, asking that they return our gate controller within 72 hours. They have not done that. We know other people who have had a similar situation with them. It appears that this behavior is a way for [redacted] and Gardenias' Organic Services to take revenge on people terminating their services. Our understanding is that deliberately not returning a gate controller or keys to a property is criminal and our view is that companies behaving in such manner should be brought to the attention of the public. If this matter is not resolved through the Revdex.com complaint process, we intend to pursue this with the District Attorney and the Courts.Desired Settlement: Our gate controller should be returned within 48 hours of them being contacted by the Revdex.com.
