Our standard delivery time is 4-9 business days after shipment. We state this on our website and during every phone order. Ms. [redacted] ordered on Aug 24 and we quoted 4-9 business days for delivery - that would make the latest date that she'd receive her completed order Sept...
6. Although she received the majority of her products in less time than she expected, one item was missing. She called and wanted it expedited. Because we knew that she'd receive the item within the timeframe we originally quoted, we chose not to honor that request. Had she indicated that she wanted to cancel to buy locally, we would have done so and refunded her payment.
