The customer is absolutely correct. Her refund would normally have been processed by me but I was on extended medical leave at the time this happened. Those covering for me erred. The first I heard of it was when I received the Revdex.com letter Friday, 10-31-14. The customer's refund check will be mailed...

today, (11-1-14), and the customer was so notified by an e-mail to which I attached a copy of the refund check. This was totally our fault, for which I apologize. We have been in business for many, many years and never had anything like this happen before
