I bought 4 UCN DIAMOND calling cards 1 month ago. I have been buying calling cards from this store for many many years. Saturday 2/15/2020 I tried to use one of them when I scratch off the code and called Italy it stated the code was invalid, so I scratch the other three cards and the same message I got the code was invalid so I drove to the Garden State News this is about 20-25 minutes from my house. I got there and asked for the owner or the a manager Sunny was the worker working there on Saturday 2/15/2020 he called the owners Kira’s explain the situation. Sunny told me that he won’t take pictures of all 4 calling cards to show the sale rep when he came in on Monday 2/17/2020. I left Sunn6 my telephone number he said don’t worry they will take care of you.

I called 2/18/2020 at 10:00 am spoke to Sunny asked for Kiran the owner Sunny said that he was not there and that the sale rep didn’t come in on Monday because it was a holiday, soI left another message for Kiran. I called again on Wednesday 2/19/29 at 2:40pm spoke to Paul he said Kiran is not in left another message.
