Garden Inn Suites

Made reservation at 3RD party company, hotelplanner , and when I arrived at hotel, the manager Sam, said there were no vacancies. Although we were aware of at least 2 Available rooms. When we told him we paid already via phone he said "you paid them not me". I asked him to call if he overbooked. He said he overbooked and cant give me the room. So I asked him to call hotelplanner for refund. He was in hold for a long time then I asked if I pay $100 for deposit he would give us the room after all.
