We were forced to switch to Garda World for picking up our deposits from our locations across OregonGarda bought out the prior company we used On numerous occasions we have been billed for excessive time spent (the Garda driver strikes up a conversation with an employee or they sit around just to rack up the bill)More recently we have had a very concerning problem, Garda just isn't showing upOne of our locations they did not come for over weeks, we called multiple times and never talked with anyone who could send someone outWe were also charged for weekly pick ups that they did not show up for Currently we have been trying to contact someone, ANYONE who is in charge of the drivers in our areaWe have called every number we have ever been given, called cell numbers, hotlines, sent emailsEither the number is disconnected, the person quit, or customer service tells us that they don't have a phone number for any area managers, or corporate offices Garda is by far a horrible companyAll we ever asked for is that they show up once a week, pick up our deposits and deliver them to the bankApparently they can not be bothered with customer concerns We have hated this company for years, we didn't think they could get any worse and somehow they have yet again surprised us with their complete incompetence I am not asking for a resolution because I know the Revdex.com can't get a hold of the company either

On numerous occasions we have been billed for excessive time spent (the Garda driver strikes up a conversation with an employee or they sit around just to rack up the bill). More recently we have had a very concerning problem, Garda just isn't showing up. One of our locations they did not come for over 3 weeks, we called multiple times and never talked with anyone who could send someone out. We were also charged for weekly pick ups that they did not show up for.

Currently we have been trying to contact someone, ANYONE who is in charge of the drivers in our area. We have called every number we have ever been given, called cell numbers, hotlines, sent emails. Either the number is disconnected, the person quit, or customer service tells us that they don't have a phone number for any area managers, or corporate offices.

Garda is by far a horrible company. All we ever asked for is that they show up once a week, pick up our deposits and deliver them to the bank. Apparently they can not be bothered with customer concerns.

We have hated this company for years, we didn't think they could get any worse and somehow they have yet again surprised us with their complete incompetence.

I am not asking for a resolution because I know the Revdex.com can't get a hold of the company either.
