The company name that charged my account was thin secret , but it said the company name was *** on the info when I originally looked at the ad. I originally wanted to try the one product called keto. They immediately charged my account for two shipping charges, I called them right away and told them this is not what I requested. One fellow I talked to told me it had not been shipped yet so I told them to cancel right away. He told me I had to send back something that had not even shipped and would not cancel the order. I called again the next day and tried to resolve this issue , but was told the same thing. They sent the product any way and proceeded to charge my account despite me cancelling the product. I was charged again despite canceling and contacting my bank and changing my card. An amount of 139.65 on May 25, 2019 despite contacting my bank and told them to not allow additional charges for this. This company does not listen to customers and will not refund my money or cancel this product from being sent, they will not listen to my complaint, and are still finding a way to charge me.

In early April of 2019, I clicked an AD online and purchased the "free" trial for some *** from THin Secrets ***. iT SAID PRODUCT IS free. next thing I know I receive two more shipments. I was on vacation and and these packages were sitting in my mailbox. In total I have been *** of CD $ 294.12. None of the bottles were touched. I called, cancelled on the phone with a lot os fuss saying the fine print allows returns only withion 14 days, ***. Anyways I returned the product through *** and it has been signed for on the 3rd of May, 2019. Till today I have not got any of the money back. I want to receive what ever I have been charged for. in Total - CD $ 294.12 and *** exchange rate as well.

I lost money on this transaction
I did the free trial and the shipping was only $5 then the charge me $137 for no reason and I want all my money back

I spoke to a sales representation from Thin Secret Garcinia on the phone and agreed to receive a free sample of Pure Garcinia Cambogia. I was told that I would have to pay the shipping charges of $4.95 US ($6.90 CDN) and agreed to these charges. I was required to supply my credit card number to pay for these charges. The sales representative told me that if I signed up during that phone call to continue receiving products I would be charged a lower amount for the product. I refused to sign up and was very clear that I was only agreeing to receive the sample product and pay $4.95 US for shipping. I received the sample in the mail but did not even open the shipment. To my surprise I received another shipment in the mail shortly after. When I opened the shipments I realized that I had been signed up (without my consent) for ongoing product shipments for 2 different products under a "Risk free 14 day Trial." I immediately called their customer service and was told that I could get a refund for the 2nd shipment if I paid to return it but since it was outside of 30 days they would not refund me for the initial shipment. The said they were a "3rd party" customer service so they couldn't assist me. I have been charged on July 20th under the company name *** $117.83 and $121.78 under the company name *** Again on Aug. 7th I received 2 charges, 1 under the company name *** for $122.07 and 1 under the company name *** for $125.95. The business practices of this company are highly unethical and try to prey on individuals who want to lose weight. It is *** as far as I am concerned to use shipping charges as a way to get someone's credit card number and then continue to charge them expensive amounts without their consent.

Refund In total I have been charged $501.43 when I only authorized $6.90! In addition, I will be incurring additional charges to ship the product back. I expect the full amount to be refunded and no further charges to be placed on my mastercard. In addition, I hope that the Revdex.com addresses their *** business practices!
