I have asked 2X for a refund on returned products but was told my returns, total $424.50, were not eligible for refund!
On 7/6/2017 I ordered a trial of Garcinia and received the product. In August I received another shipment but returned to shipment immediately noting on the outside of the envelope "Return to Sender, Cancel account". This continued in September, October and November! Receiving shipments, and returning them immediately asking them to cancel my account. After receiving Decembers shipment I called on January 8th 2018 asking to cancel my account and asking for credit for ALL returned shipments as well as Decembers shipment once it is received. I was told the shipments were ineligible for credit because they do not show any returns!!!!! I find this hard to believe. Please help me resolve this horrible experience. All I was is my money back in the amount of $424.50 for all product returned and my account cancelled so I no longer receive any shipments. Thank you

The customer, ***, signed up for our free 14 day trial for the Fuel Garcinia on 07/06/2017. In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on website. We only promote trials and there is no mention of any smaller sized bottles or samples. The 14 day free trial then expired on 07/20/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Garcinia for $79.95. The account remained active on our monthly program so on the 20th of every month from August to December, a new shipment of the Garcinia has been sent out for $84.90. Customers would have to notify the company for any returns to process and return merchandise authorization. The customer called in on 01/08/2018 requesting to cancel her account. The transaction and the program has been fully explained to the customer. The account has been completely cancelled as of 01/08/2018 so the customer doesn't receive another shipment or transaction from our company. We kindly request that the customer call and speak to one of our customer service representatives for any further concerns and we would be more than happy to assist the customer. I called several times to cancel and request a refund for all shipments received. The first representative hung up on me. I called back and the second representative assured me that my account had been cancelled. I then asked for a refund of all shipments returned from August through December, the packages were never opened, I wrote to "return to sender, cancel account" on each and every shipment after the 14 day trail. The company claims that they have no record of receiving the returned packages therefore, no refund will be given. I have worked in a warehouse and know for a fact that all returned packages are to be scanned and the customers account is to be credited when the return is received.
I am requesting that the Fiv(5) unopened, returned shipments between August and December are refunded to my account or a check be mailed to me in the amount of $424.50 as this is good business practice.

I signed up for a 14-day trial of Fuel Garcinia for $4.97 on September 12th. I received an email confirmation, but they had added a second item without my knowledge and charged me another $4.97, making the total $9.94. I immediately called them and said to just cancel the order. I didn't like things added that I had no knowledge of. When the package arrived, I immediately sent it back using their return address and made a note that this had been cancelled. In October, I received another shipment, and I again, wrote a note and returned the package with the unopened product saying that this trial order had been cancelled. In November, I received another shipment and I went to my credit card company and several charges had been posted in October and November as follows:October 26th GarciniaFlame for $84.90October 27th Forskolintrim for $74.94 (the product they added to my order without my knowledge.November 26th GarciniaFlame $84.90November 27th Forskolintrim for $74.94 In talking with two different agents from the business, I was told they had no record of my phone call on September 12th. They also said they had no record of me returning the product in October. This company is obviously not in the customer service business. It is a scam and they are a fraud.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I expect a full refund of $319.68 to my credit card for products I cancelled and returned. They can claim I did not call or did not return the items, but that is a lie. Let the buyer beware.

The 14 day free trial then expired on 09/26/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Garcinia for $79.95 and the trial bottle of the Forskolin for $69.95. The account remained active on our monthly program so on the 26th of October and November, new shipments of the Garcinia were sent out for $84.90 and $74.94 for the Forskolin. On 12/04/2017, the customer called in requesting to cancel her account. The program and transactions was fully explained to the customer. All phone calls are recorded and time stamped and there were no prior calls from 12/04/2017. There are multiple companies that offer free trials for dietary supplements and there must've been a confusion with another company the customer claims she called. The customer requested a refund for the last 2 months for October and November. However, our company offers a 30 day money back guarantee so there wasn't much we can do with the October shipments but offered the customer to process a return for the most recent shipment in November and the customer declined and the phone call ended. We noticed a dispute has been filed for the transactions with the financial institution. We aren't able to process any refunds at this time because if a dispute is filed with the financial institution, as they investigate the program and transactions, they block any transactions including refunds. So, we kindly request the customer to call her financial institution to get updated about the status of the dispute because that is not disclosed to the company. The account has been completely cancelled as of 12/04/2017 so the customer doesn't receive any future shipments or transactions. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. Advertising was false with pricing, no address or phone number to call, and no help with customer service to get a refund.
Do Not order from them! They say all over that you will only have to pay the $4.95 for a 30 day trial. I received my trial of Forskolin Fuel for $4.99 and then checked my credit card a week later and was charged $69.95. Then 20 days later with no email or notice another $74.94. No where on the website could I find that I would owe that much. In fact it said "$0 + $4.95 for your 30 day trial. I called the company and although I read to them exactly what the terms were that I signed up for they said that I would need to find the exact link that I ordered from. I assured him that it was the exact the link and yet he refused to believe me and just kept repeating himself. I asked for a supervisor he told me the owner didn't accept calls and he was next in line. He said all he could do for me was not charge me the cancellation fee??? What?? After awhile he gave me a 25% discount on one of the orders - I told him they made me nauseas so one bottle was missing 2 and the other one was unopened out of the original envelope. He said "Oh Well" it was in the contract. I told him I couldn't find any information about the company and couldn't find anyway to contact them. Do not do business with them. They have false advertising and just bait you in. Then won't help you. Very disappointing.

In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on website. The 14 day free trial then expired on 10/06/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Forskolin for $69.95. The account remained active on our monthly program and on 11/06/2017, a new shipment of the Forskolin was sent out for $74.94. The customer called in on 11/15/2017 requesting to cancel her account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. However, we understand that on rare occasions customers can miss this information or misunderstand how the program works. As a courtesy, we offered the customer a 25% refund for the most recent transaction or a free shipment and the customer accepted the 25% refund. The account has been completely cancelled as of 11/15/2017 so the customer doesn't receive another shipment or transaction from our company. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. Hi.. I ordered a Free supplement actually two.. with the understanding of only paying shipping.. which I paid.. $4.95 plus $4.99 for both..
I did not see any agreement or mention of further automatic payments so thought nothing more of it...
So looking on my bank payments I see addition withdrawals from this company for $79.95+ 84.95+ $69.95+ $74.95 equaling to $309.74 .. and even if they did do an automatic thing.. which I never saw on the order that that was a possibility, we never did receive any more products to account for this $ we have unknowingly paid!
Their practice is fraudulent and taking advantage of people.. They said the automatic product is in the mail.. which we haven't seen.. and have had to pay for that and the free purchase! They were unwilling to credit our account for any of these charges they charged us! We are on Social Security and this has been a financial difficulty for us! We feel they are deceptive and make it really hard for the average person to detect their real motive for these hidden requirements.. and uncooperative..

Do Not order through this company! They say all over that you will only have to pay the $4.95 for a 30 day trial. I received my trial of both the Garcinia fuel and Sorskolin Fuel for $4.95 each and then checked my credit card a week later and was charged $79.95 for one and $69.95 for the other. No where on the website could I find that I would owe that much. Ordered a free trial on their website on Oct 10 for Fuel Forskolin and fuel garcinia. On Oct 23 the company charged my account $69.95 and $79.95 for those bottles because a 30 day supply was sent. They state that in the agree to terms small print that no one reads and everyone clicks to submit it states that you need to cancel subscription within 14 days or you are signed up for a monthly shipment and charged for the previous bottles

On 11/02/2017, one of our managers attempted to contact the customer but the customer was unavailable. To fully satisfy the customer, we issued the full refunds for $79.95 and $69.95 and the customer is not required to return the products. The refunds take 3-10 business days from the day it's issued depending on the bank's policies. The account has been completely cancelled as of 10/23/2017 so the customer doesn't receive another shipment or transaction from our company.
