When Mr. [redacted] called to question the text change we made, we explained why we made the change. Then in November we noticed that [redacted] had placed another order with us. After receiving your 1/6/16 email, we contacted Mr. [redacted] to better understand his dissatisfaction and we have today (1/7/16) given him a $47.99 credit. Proof of this credit is attached. Mr. [redacted] seemed very happy with this outcome when we spoke to him on the phone.
