Review: received a preliminary from ** concrete supply sating Garcia's concrete was doing concrete work at [redacted].Garcia concrete has not done any work /service at my address nor will return a call/ answer this issue.Therefore had contact a [redacted] at ** Concrete[redacted],she stated a release for this issue would be mailed on March 28,2014 and this issue was over but to this day nothing has been received .Since nothing has been sent and preliminary lien has issued I'm placing a complaint for fraudulent work practiceDesired Settlement: a full release for labor and material/an unconditional from both parties

Complainant contacted me stating he received a Preliminary 20-Day Notice on his property by [redacted] Concrete and Supply for work and improvements done at his property by my business and was very upset as to why he received this notice. Garcia's Concrete did work and improvements at [redacted]. The complainant's address is [redacted]. This address has several homes that share the same address number but each have a letter in addition to the address street number. Garcia's Concrete ordered concrete to be delivered from a [redacted] Concrete Supply company to the work site and work was complete at the correct residence. The concrete supply company mailed a Preliminary 20-Day Notice as a procedural requirement to the residence but mailed it to the wrong residence [redacted] and listing the incorrect home owner . The complainant is not a customer of Garcia's Concrete. I explained all this informaiton to the complainant and advised I would contact the concrete supply company and straighten it out. I have contacted [redacted] Concrete Supply Company and they corrected their information with the correct address and homeowner name. The supply company issued a "Unconditional Waiver and Release" of the Pre-Lien to the complainant this day via US Postal Service releasing him of the 20 Day Preliminary Notice and faxed a copy to me as well.
