The roof was replaced 2 years ago and yes it had a leak that we fixed, and then sent a contractor to repair the damages inside. However it has been 2 in a half years since and he never had a problem with the roof although this last year the Clovis/ Portales area was hit with very harsh storms...

in the summer and fall, his problem began after Christmas. On December 28th we had a horrible snow storm named "Goliath" that had winds of 70 to 80 mph. I believe his roof as many others in the area has been affected by the storm and not because of our installation. The homeowner called me and my wife several times and never once was understanding or nice. Every call has been full of threats and screaming. I will not go over to his house and put my workers or my self in a hostile environment. We are truly sorry that he feels it is our responsibility to repair the roof and ceiling. If we had not had those horrible winds of 70 to 80 mph our warranty would be in effect but our warranty covers anything that is less than 60 mph, we would of gladly try to help him but we feel that the way he talked to us and about our business it is better for us to stay away. If the roof would of been installed incorrectly his roof would of leaked several more times before February. When it did leak we fixed it and took full responsibility. We hope he can find someone to help him and are truly sorry that we can not help. if the situation would be different and we would of not received threats or felt in any way he was being hostile the outcomes would be different but anyone who has a business understand that working under threats and a hostile situations is never ideal.
