Review: I had a 26 ft garage door ready to fall off of the track and cause injury to numerous people. I looked up 24 hour emergency door service and found Garbers of richmond inc. I was told by one of there employee's [redacted] that he did not care if the door was ready to fall down because I did not have an account and he would not come out because I was calling at 10 pm on a Friday night. They advertise 24 hour emergency service but [redacted] from Garbers of Richmond Inc. would not honor what they advertise.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak to the President of Garbers of Richmond Inc.
