Consumer hired the company to install a flake resistant aggregate floor to be installed over the existing concrete e floor in her garage. The floor was installed on 6/10/2020.
The floor was paid in full: $3,132.00. The company did not complete the fishing work around the drain. The floor has already started to flake.
The consumer called the company about a week afterwards, and 4-5 times in total, asking that they complete the work. The company returned one call and stated that he would send someone to come out to fix it. They never sent someone out. The consumer had sent them pictures twice. The only other time the company called back to ask if they could send a prospective customer to the home to see the floor, and the consumer said that would be ok, but the job is incomplete and she would not vouch for the company.
Her contract the floor has a "21 year guarantee from the date of install."
