Review: after numerous attempts to solve the issue of them sending me the wrong automotive lift, the reps at Dannmar refuse to resolve the issue. I was even hung up once on by a rep named [redacted]. was also told by [redacted] that [redacted] the manager refuse to resolve my issue in anyway shape or form. although [redacted] had me measure the lift and confirmed I had the wrong one. I have called this company numerous times in the past two weeks. Even the third party distributor Best Buy Auto has contacted them on my behalf for shipping the wrong lift. and they still refuse to make things right.Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement or replacement part to convert mine to the correct size that I ordered. I am even willing to pay an installer to replace the part even though I received the wrong product.

Review: We purchased maxjax on 1/13/15 we got it home and installed it. We used it once to test it. Then on 2/2/15 we received a safety notice to not use it via registered mail that it had insufficient welds. We had contacted Serge 3 times since via phone plus a couple of times via email. He said twice that they are sending our parts priority and shipped the next week about 3 weeks ago. We are unable to use this product since purchase over the last 5 months and feel we are entitled to interest on our money outlay as well as the warranty extension already offered. We would expect the parts to be shipped immediately plus a $100 rebate for our time trying to get this resolved and interest on our money they have had use of while we have not been able to use the product. They knew the product had issues before we purchased it, and should have notified us before taking our money.Desired Settlement: Parts shipped immediately along with $100 rebate and extended warranty. Also, not to sell product to others knowing in advance that the product is defective.

Review: We bought this LS15RS Rotary Screw Air Compressor manufactured by BendPak, we need a 3 phase 230V/240V, they sent us a 3 phase 440V said that's all they carry, we would have to rewire our whole area in order to use this Air Compressor which the estimated cost to rewire would be $9,000.00, we have been going round and round with them since August of 2011, they are all blaming one another we bought from CARQUEST which is Tool & Equipment, Tool & Equipment (Tom) say's that CARQUEST went through someone else which was Garage Equipment (Gabe), Garage Equipment say's BendPak sent us the wrong product, BendPak (June) say's that they have discontinued this item, and that they are not the manufacturers that someone else is, they just stamp their name on it, but won't give us the name of the other manufacture.Desired Settlement: We are not asking for our money back all we want is this item to be replace with something compatible with 3 phase 230V/240V.

I am rejecting this response because:

Actually Garage Equipment did not help us with getting our Air Compressor not a lift replaced they told me there was nothing they could do, so we could take them to court if we chose. BendPak on the other hand were kind enough to make up the money difference by adding a lift to the air compressor they replaced.
