I purchased a house flag on 6-14-20 for $44.90.

On 6-15-20, $44.90 was withdrawn from my account with this information:

On 6-23-20, I received a text from *** that the order had been shipped. When I hit the link for tracking shipping, it shows that the order has been shipped on 6-23-20 and requires payment to see further tracking information. I have not done that.

On 7-9-20, I responded to the text inquiring about my order. I did not receive a response. That number is ***. Although, I now note that this is the same phone number where I receive regular shipping information from a different business.

On 7-11-20, I again responded to the text inquiring about my order. I did not receive a response.

On 7-11-20, I sent an email to *** inquiring about my order. I found this email on the Ganteen.com website. I did not receive a response.

On 7-13-20, I sent an email to the same address (***) inquiring about my order. I did not receive a response. Each time I check tracking, the same information is provided: my order was shipped 6-23-20 and then requests that I pay for premium tracking from ***.

At this point, I belief this is not a true business. Can you file a complaint about this business and help me obtain the flag I purchased?
