Today, I was supposed to celebrate my two sons' birthdays. The game truck waited 5 minutes before their arrival time to tell me the truck broke down. That's the same story they gave me two years ago. They were supposedly making up for the error they made in 2017, today... but they didn't even show up! I had 20 children out in the 90 degrees plus sweltering heat waiting on a game truck that never showed up. What a disappointment to my children celebrating their birthday, a disappointment to the guests that drove several hours from out of state to attend the party and a disappointment to me because I paid for the preparation of the party. The only thing the company said was, "We're so sorry for the inconvenience. " I asked that I speak with a manager and the manager was inaudible. I wish I had checked the reviews before patronizing this pathetic company. Now, I've got to deal with fighting to get my money back for a service I paid for in full and never received. The company insists on having the party on another day, but that's not an option. I simply want my money back and in a reasonable amount of time.
