I am very happy with the service it didn't take long at all to repair. I was there on my vacation and I was hoping it wasn't gonna take forever and it didn't. I am very pleased with my phone and it was like it never happened. I recommend to everyone.

Review: I brought a laptop in which had damage to it and would not turn on. The harddrive however was unharmed. The employee told me that it would cost $50 to retreive the files from the hardware and put them on a usb drive. He informed me it would take until Monday the latest.After not hearing from them for 2 days, I called to find out what the expected day of completion would be. He told me Friday or Monday. Again, I did not hear from them for some time. Finally they told me to come pick it up at 8:30 in the evening. I went in and was informed that another emplyee had the harddrive with him and was out buying a screw. In the end the employee returned a half hour later with the hardrive in an old beaten up external harddrive. He told me I would have to retreive all of the files and then put the harddrive back in the machine myself. He then charged me $100 and said it was a service fee. When I tried to call later and demand a refund, they didn't pick up.Desired Settlement: I should get a full refund since they did not do what the contract said was done. They did not retreive any of the files and left all of the work for me to do.
