Purchased a game through Amazon "fulfilled' by Gamerholic. As yet - 10 days after the items was purchased, 8 days after the first card left in letterbox (although we have NOT left home for months now) still not one reply from Gamerholic! AND no game of course - its lost in the system with nobody trying to redeliver! Why is it 10 days for courier form Sydney to melbourne ?

Review: gamerholic is a gaming website that uses cryptocurrency like bitcoins. you can play games and buy prizes from the store, etc. I traded in $500 worth of tokens for a prize that was never sent to me. I have been lied to multiple times about my item being on the way when it clearly wasn't.Desired Settlement: I would like my $500 back in bitcoin. I no longer desire the product I purchased over 2 months ago as it is technology based and it is now becoming outdated, less efficient, and entirely not worth the $500 i'm out.
