I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in part. My contact was within the stated day qote period stated. However no mention was made to the day qote period. Having said that, I am willing to reschedule the proposted project for December 2015 once the contractor is available. I will contact MrG*** for another attempt to fit into his schedule and am hopeful this issue will result in a satisfactory job and in a timely fassion

Verbal response: Galvan’s Wrought Iron states they had given the consumer an excellent quote, and will still honor that quote, even though the quote was good for 30 days from the date of quote.  The consumer did not contact the owner until 40 or 50 days after the quote, the owner had...

already booked other projects.  He had told the consumer that because it was a small job, he would need to fit him in his schedule around his larger projects, and would not be able to begin work for consumer until his work had slowed down. Owner stated that he is willing to honor the quote, but is not able to take on any other work at this time. Owner would like the consumer to contact him and he will try to schedule him in the month of December.
