Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That is absolutely not true, I was NEVER given an option for full coverage As an insurance provider they should have offered the full cover or the weight coverage they stuck me with If this owner does not step up and pay what is the correct amount of the negligence of their workers then I will file a complaint with the [redacted] As an licenced insurance provider there are laws they have to follow and not providing me with all the options is a clear violation Their workers were late, rude and clumsy and ruined some very expensive items Sincerely, [redacted]

According to the contract ** *** *** signed, he specifically declined full valuation coverage and instead selected $.60/lb/item in his own handwriting*** *** *** is very well aware of this The claimed damage was a small round piece of granite, and a washer & dryerEven
if he did purchase the full valuation coverage, it would not pay out $3,for a piece of granite that could be replaced for about $and minor cosmetic damage on a washer and dryerAccording to our men, we were not responsible for the damage to the washer and dryer and these items were covered under the valuation *** *** selected strictly in the interest of customer service
