We are one of many customers able to purchase a high end vehicle during this pandemic. We purchased the floor model ST explorer that was in the 2020 car show in Los Angeles CA in July 2020. I believe that an alternative compensation should be offered as a "perk" for spending 90K on a vehicle (other than going to Asheville, NC for an SUV experience.) It is near impossible short of DYING! to "cash in " that experience due to the pandemic still going on and now there is a new strain that has surfaced that the vaccine may not cure. I am a registered nurse and my husband is a Vietnam Veteran. We have bought for 25 years FORD AND also a Lincoln 2016 MKZ and my mother bought the first Lincoln Parklane in 1963 from Lincoln and kept FORD throughout the years. I DO NOT KNOW if FORD has thought this through in your BIG BOARD MEETINGS that many people will be cheated out of any compensation for buying these big SUV's during this time. I hope that FORD executives names BEAU BOECKMAN son of ORIGINAL owner BERT the III will come up with an alternative for customers. I HOPE THAT THIS REACHES SOMEONE IN UPPER MANAGEMENT AND NOT JUST BRUSHED UNDER THE RUG.
