#Unacceptable painting project: I had written proposals w/M&M Professional Painting inc one for exterior painting of my home and garage and one for exterior carpentry work to replace several shingles on my home & attached garageThe finished painting job is unacceptable, as the new shingles are darker in color resulting in an unsightly checkered effect on the south side of my home & garageThis affects not only the appearance but the property valueAlso when I addressed this issue with Mr [redacted] , he instructed his worker to apply a 2nd coat of paint on the original shingles only but this did to correct the problem-see attached proposal for M&M Painters workmanship guarantee for year etc#2-Failure to provide 10% discount as promised on total painting proje4/6/Mr [redacted] approved a 10% sr discount on the painting projeput his signature and date on his company coupon on 6/16/16, he presented me with the final billWhen I addressed the 10% disc
