I am responding to the complaint for [redacted] As far as we are concerned the work was completedWe did speak to her on the phone about the stumps not being ground on the same day as the work; she spoke with [redacted] on occasions about the stumps and did not mention the bushes not being cut back far enoughOn our quote the work on the shrubs is written as "reduce and shape" she did not specify that she wanted them below the windowTypically we reduce and shape to maintain the safety and health of the plantReducing too far can cause it to die and we try to prevent that as often as possibleAfter Speaking to [redacted] on occasions about the stump we did have [redacted] grind her stumps on 8/We did take payment same day as per protocol I would like this rating removed because I believe that the issues have already been cleared up Thank you, [redacted] Gallo Tree Service Inc
