Review: I retained [redacted], esq. for a mortgage loan modification and paid him a retainer. He took my retainer and never performed and as I result I am in danger of losing my home. I have texted, emailed, and left several voice messages, none of which have been returned.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. Gallo to return my retainer, which he has not earned, to me so that I can hire new counsel to get me out of an even bigger mess than I was in to begin with.
